These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between the player ("you" or "user") who uses q999 services and the q999 platform ("q999", "we"). 3.2 Minimum Amount

4.1 First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)

When a player makes their first deposit at q999, they will receive a 120% Welcome Bonus — 120% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

Example —

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 820,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Players who receive the Welcome Bonus must wager 25 times the bonus amount before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated using different contribution rates depending on the game type.

4.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, and funds cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are met.
• The process set out by q999 must be followed to qualify for a bonus.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and all funds obtained from it will be forfeited.
• q999 may modify or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time.

4.4 Referral Bonus

Under the Refer a Friend program, you will receive 5% of your friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks per person. You will also earn 0.3% of the valid bets placed by the players you refer, paid out weekly as commission.

5.1 Fair Play

q999 uses SSL encryption and a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play for all players. Player gameplay data is kept secure and protected.

5.2 Game Error Management

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, software failure, or server-related issues, q999 will review the game state and act fairly toward the player. Erroneous payouts resulting from such errors may not be claimed or retained.

5.3 Collusion and Cheating

Collusion between players, use of software or bots to bypass the gaming system, and repeated arbitrage of game processes are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the player's account may be suspended and winnings may be withheld.

7.1 Service Suspension

7.2 Account Suspension

q999 may suspend a player's account for the following reasons —

• Detection of fraud
• Bonus abuse

After verifying the reason for suspension and the accuracy of the amounts involved, the player's remaining balance will be handled accordingly.
